Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@berleaux.com. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or customized merchandise.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If you are ordering from the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. In this case, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
